C.R.O.P.S. is working with state and local agencies to Create Resources, Opportunities, Pathways, and Support that will facilitate a cultural change for an economy that is primarily dependent on coal to one that supports and spurs entrepreneurial opportunities and growth in agriculture and agritourism in southern West Virginia.
