Eastern received funding from the Benedum Foundation to develop An Implementation Playbook for Fostering Entrepreneurship and Economic Diversification in the Potomac Highlands of West Virginia.  Eastern’s Institute for Rural Entrepreneurship and Economic Development (IREED) is implementing five sector-strategies in the region which includes the following:

• Manufacturing
• Agriculture and Forestry
• Arts
• Tourism
• Technology

The session will share information on the playbook and strategies implemented to achieve outcomes in the five sectors.
